TBB awards a limited number of college scholarships each year.

1. Applicant must be a current, active member of the TBB program, including players, coaches, and umpires.
2. Applicant must be a Troy resident.
3. Applicant must be accepted to an accredited college or university.
4. Applicant must submit, along with the application, a written essay (not less than 300 words) describing his or her experiences with TBB, personal goals, and any other information that may be subject for consideration.
5. Applicant should include with the application, a copy of his/her current transcript and a letter from a Principal or Guidance Counselor recommending the applicant for the award.
6. All applications must be received by the Troy Baseball Booster Scholarship Committee no later than June 15^th of the current year.

• Awards are not based upon race, religion, sex, or national origin.
• Applicants are not restricted to Troy Public Schools.
• The Troy Baseball Booster Scholarship Committee shall consist of three (3) members of the TBB Board of Directors.
• All decisions of the TBB Scholarship Committee will be final.
• Awards granted will be deposited in the name of the recipient at the college or university attended by the applicant.
• Criteria considered includes: Involvement in Troy Baseball Boosters, the Essay, Civic and/or Community Involvement, Academic Achievement, Letters of Personal Recommendation, and Affiliations with other organizations.
